What is a dry swimming elastic used for?
The dry swim tether is designed to compensate for closed pools or to perform arm movements out of the water before a training session.
A dry-land workout is also an effective way to precede a traditional swimming workout: you can work on technique, strength and endurance.
What does this product consist of?
The dry swimming tether is made of 3 parts:
- a part that attaches to a fixed support such as a trellis or a fixed support on the edge of a pool, or even wedged into the top of a closed door.
- an stretchy central part.
- a part designed to hold your hands.
