    What are the benefits of the MS500 stepper?

    Slim your figure at home by pairing strength work with cardio. The MS500 stepper uses your abs and lower body muscles (glutes, thighs, calves, etc.) for a thorough all-round workout. The lateral twisting motion gets right into your deep core muscles. Use the bands to strengthen your upper body muscles.

    How to use your mini stepper

    With the MS500 stepper, you use all of your muscular and cardiovascular systems at the same time. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury.
