| How to prepare your WHEY PROTEIN |
- Mix 150ml of water and 2 heaped spoonfuls of WHEY PROTEIN (equivalent to 30 g) in a shaker equipped with a sieve.
- Mix for 30 seconds and enjoy.
- Reduce or increase the quantity of water according to your preferences (especially texture).
- After mixing; drink the shake within one hour
For a creamier drink, mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 150 ml of plant-based drink or milk. |

If you're used to powdered proteins with sucralose and acesulfame K, the taste of our new whey protein may, at first, seem more subtle to you.
To enhance the flavour, you can adjust the amount of liquid you mix with the powder.Varying it by 50 ml, for instance, will significantly affect the taste and texture.
