    How to prepare your MUSCLE GAINER?

    Mix 250ml of water with 4 scoops (equivalent to 100g) in a shaker equipped with a sieve. Mix for 30 seconds and consume.We recommend using water at moderate temperature and avoiding mixing your powder with hot water.
    For a creamier drink, mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 250 ml of animal or plant-based milk according to your taste
