Why use Kinesio tape?
Kinesio tape is an adhesive elasticated tape that can be stuck to the body in various ways depending on your sport and injury. In particular, it helps muscles function better, supports joints, reduces pain, and activates the lymphatic system for improved oedema drainage.

What is the difference between each tape colour?
Kinesiology tape comes in 4 different colours: blue, black, pink, and beige. They are all as effective. The only difference is the colour!
