    How long can you run with 250 ml of water?

    You will generally need 500ml of water per hour of running to stay hydrated (and 40 g of glucose).The 250ml water bottle will cover part of the needs so that you could take 250ml water and 250ml of isotonic drink, for example.

    This water bottle emerged out of an innovative process involving an odourless and neutral-tasting plastic material.Rinse your water bottle with clean water 3 times before using it.Then, dry it upside down without the mouthpiece.     Storage tips

    Rinse the flask thoroughly 3 times when using for the first time. Do not leave water in the flask for more than 24 hrs. Rinse it with clean water after use and allow to dry before storing.
