A flexible water bottle for comfort when running
Compared with a rigid water bottle, your flask is lighter, less noisy when you run and does not hinder your movements as much.
When running, the water bottle won't create any pressure points on your body.
How long can you run with 150 ml of water?
You will generally need 500ml of water per hour of running to stay hydrated (and 40 g of glucose).The 150ml water bottle will cover part of the needs and potentially be suitable for taking this water bottle on short outings as well as several bottles with different capacities:150 ml water and 150 ml of an isotonic drink, for example.
Neutral flavour, what does it mean?
This water bottle emerged out of an innovative process involving an odourless and neutral-tasting plastic material.Rinse your water bottle with clean water 3 times before using it.Then, dry it upside down without the mouthpiece. Then remove the bite valve to clean it.This is particularly important if you are using sugary drinks!
Finally, so that it doesn't make noise while you are running, remember to remove any air by sucking out the air bubbles.
New more ergonomic water bottle top
We have listened to your advice and have improved the opening system of the water bottle. The cap is wider to make it easier to clean your water bottle.
We have also improved the visualisation and ergonomic handling of the opening and closing of the bottle. The top of the water bottle can be switched to the open or closed position by simply rotating the ridge.

Tips for storage and maintenance
Storage tips
Rinse the flask thoroughly 3 times when using for the first time. Do not leave water in the flask for more than 24 hrs. Rinse it with clean water after use and allow to dry before storing.
Restrictions on use
Suitable solely for sports use, for ages 6 and up.
