    The high support zip-up sports bra with cups is perfect for high-impact sports (HIIT, cardio circuits, bodyattack, etc.).

    Why is it essential to choose a bra that provides good support to protect your breasts whilst exercising?

    During exercise, the breasts (which are delicate and supported only by the skin) are subjected to bouncing and can weigh up to five times their normal weight. Proper support protects them from impact, pain and premature sagging.
    However, excessive support is just as harmful. It is therefore essential to choose a sports bra that suits your cup size and the intensity of the activity, to provide proper support for your breasts whilst allowing them to move naturally.

    How does Decathlon determine the support levels of its sports bras, and which one should you choose depending on your sport?

    Our laboratories measure the reduction in breast movement during exercise to classify sports bras into three categories:
    Level 1 (light): gentle exercises (pilates, stretching, etc.).
    Level 3 (moderate): moderate impact activities (dancing, fitness, etc.).
    Level 5 (high): vigorous exercise (treadmill, trampoline, etc.).
    Always choose the level that suits the intensity of your sport!

    Test product

    SUPPORT: the level of support is tested and approved at the Decathlon laboratory by measuring breast movement. Each size is individually tested. Perspiration wicking: the perspiration-wicking test is performed on each material, in the lab, to make sure that the fabric absorbs moisture and wicks it from the inside to the outside so that it can evaporate. Washing: the washing and drying tests ensure that the product retains its shape and colour.

    The product has been tested by various female testers in the Decathlon laboratory to validate the support provided. A panel of testers then put it through its paces during a weight-training session (standardised usage test) to make sure that it was comfortable to wear during workouts. They then continued the long-term test for 6 months to put the product through its paces.
