How do we improve the durability of the MT900 Merino wool liner jacket?
Use of a BETA-SPUN yarn structure, i.e. the Merino wool fibres are coated with a fine sheath of polyamide filaments to protect them from rubbing and cuts, without affecting the properties of the wool.
What are the features of the MT900 trekking liner jacket?
The trekking liner jacket is equipped with:
- Thumb loops to protect your hands from the cold;
- 2 zipped hand pockets;
- 1 zipped stomach pocket.
How does the MT900 Merino wool base layer reduce the unpleasant chilling effect?
After any physical effort that involves a lot of perspiration, wool helps to preserve the body temperature while synthetic fabrics cause the temperature to drop faster.
The unpleasant cooling or "freezing effect" is therefore reduced by the merino wool.
How to wash your MT900 Merino wool jacket
We recommend that you machine wash your Merino wool underjacket at 30° on a normal cycle, preferably with liquid detergent .
Dry flat. NEVER tumble dry.
A tip before using my MT900 trekking liner jacket?
For a softer feel, wash your Merino wool liner jacket before first use.
Where does the Merino wool used for the MT900 liner jacket come from?
We use wool from merino sheep bred on farms in South Africa that do not practise mulesing.
We decided to build a partnership with a group of breeders (Konsortium Merino) to ensure that the sheep whose wool we use for our products live and are shorn in the best conditions.
This means we have full traceability, which allows us to guarantee the origin of the wool.
