    This kind of training involves performing choreographed movements on a step to music. Various goals: keeping in shape, losing weight, slimming your figure, toning your body, working on concentration and body coordination.

    Muscle strengthening

    2 in 1! This step lets you do all of the step aerobics exercises as part of choreographed step workouts, as well as strength-based training.

    WHICH BODY PARTS DOES IT WORK?

    Step aerobics provides a full-body workout: the lower body (glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps), the mid body (abdominals) and even the upper body (shoulders, arms). It harmonises muscle mass and improves your physical shape and cardiovascular health.
