Our trainer's advice for improving your training (2/2)
For each exercise, start with the minimum number of repetitions recommended (careful not to go too far, and leave a scope of at least 2 repetitions in relation to your maximum). Increase by one repetition per week until you reach the maximum number recommended, then think about increasing the weight used.
