Pre-set programmes
The T520 treadmill has 10 pre-set programmes so you can switch up your workouts:
- 5 HEALTH programmes to boost your energy and ease back into cardio
- 5 CALORIE target programmes to promote fat burning before or after your workout.
Each programme has a specific target, duration, speed and incline and can be easily adjusted to suit your fitness level.
HEART RATE MONITOR
The T520 treadmill is equipped with sensors so you can keep an eye on your heart rate.
If you require precise and uninterrupted cardiovascular data for medical reasons, we recommend using a heart rate monitor belt.

Noise Level
Silence is an essential criterion that we carefully consider when developing our products. We strive to reduce the noise our treadmills make so they are more enjoyable for both users and those around them.

The T520 treadmill can be folded down and has roller wheels so you can move it around easily.
When folded, you only need 98 x 73 cm of floor space to store it.
