    How can this fleece jacket insulate?

    The fleece material is able to trapped air thanks to the volume created by its texture (and the brushed knit) creating a layer that keeps the body warm.
    This component has been laboratory-tested for a comfort temperature from 7 to 10°C without any additional jacket.

    How is thermal comfort measured?

    The thermal resistance test shows the loss of heat between the body and the outside, indicating the insulating properties of the product. It can be carried out on the fabric via a probe or on a garment with thermal models in extreme conditions, thus measuring the retention of body heat.

    To machine wash your fleece without damaging it, choose a 40° synthetic textile programme. Put it inside out and check that all pockets are closed. Don't exceed a 1,000rpm spin speed to protect the fabric. Do not tumble dry.
