| How often and how intensely can you hike? |
Three levels of use:
Occasional: 10 hikes per year, 3–4 hours, <10 km, 700 m elevation gain.
Regular: 20 hikes per year, 4–6 hours, 10–20 km, 700–1,200 m elevation gain.
Intensive: >20 hikes per year, >6 hours, >20 km, up to 2,000 m elevation gain.

| How can you avoid blisters? |
To prevent blisters, choose well-fitting shoes, wear suitable socks, lace your boots up properly and adjust the laces before going uphill or downhill. Then start with short walks to break in your new pair. |
| Do you need to replace your insoles? |
The original insole adapts to different feet. By replacing the insoles, you will benefit from:
Better support: Reinforced insoles to support the arch of the foot
Comfort: Insoles with more cushioning or warmth
Longevity: Replace them when they are worn out to restore comfort |
