Choose the right SIZE
In cross-country skiing, the size of a ski is chosen in relation to oneās weight and not oneās height:
55 to 69 kg: 184 cm
70 to 80 kg: 189 cm
75 to 90 kg: 194 Cm
If you are between sizes :
- For more comfort, choose the lower size to ensure the ski is more manoeuvrable.
- For more intense use = choose the larger size

When buying, we recommend that you prepare the base of your skis to achieve optimal glide performance. Several waxing layers are recommended to properly ānourishā the base. To maintain the performance of your skis, don't forget to wax them regularly!
