Caring for your weight training equipment
If you don't wear gloves, clean your equipment with a damp cloth after each workout. We recommend storing your weight training equipment in a dry place, as moisture can deteriorate your equipment!
Optimising your pull workouts with this equipment
A pull triangle is an essential tool for adding variety to your pull workouts. It allows you to work out your back, shoulder, and arm muscles with an ergonomic grip. By reducing tension on the wrists and elbows, it improves your comfort and increases the efficiency of each movement. Build it into your workouts for quick progress and visible results.
Here are a few ideas of exercises that use the pull triangle as part of a weight training workout:
Horizontal pull: attach the pull triangle to the low pulley. Pull the triangle towards your torso, keeping the elbows close to the body and shoulders low. This exercise mainly targets the back muscles.
Vertical pull: attach the pull triangle to a high pulley. Sit or stand, then pull the triangle down until it reaches your upper chest. This movement engages the muscles of the back and biceps.
