    A jacket combining warmth, freedom of movement and protection from the wind.

    On the chest, wadding protects the area most sensitive to the cold. The fabric is relatively thin on the stomach for greater comfort when wearing a hydration belt. The very stretchy fabrics on the arms and back provide great freedom of movement.

    Water repellent jacket, like all Quechua jackets.

    A fabric's water-repellent property is its ability to let water slide off its surface without soaking in. The fabric doesn’t soak up water and so remains lightweight, breathable and warm. It is made from a treatment on the outside of the fabric, which must be renewed (every 3 washes).
