Our scooters are designed to be durable and highly repairable: the vast majority of parts and components are easy to replace. To ensure you receive prompt service without having to wait for weeks on end, almost all repairs are carried out directly in our own workshops, whether under warranty or not.
Recommendation: Please keep the original packaging box. It will make transport and the procedures to follow for certain interventions much simpler.
