TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
Apply the treatment to clean clothing
The water-repellent treatment of technical clothing can deteriorate over time (progressive wear by friction severe weather). The waterproofing liquid re-activates the water-repellent property of clothing by impregnation. In order to guarantee maximum effectiveness, this treatment must be performed on clean clothing. Therefore, it is advisable to wash the garment with TECH&DOWN detergent for technical clothing if necessary.
First step: PENETRATION
You have two options to choose from!
Soaking:
Soak your garment for 15 minutes in a basin of water at 30° with 4 capfuls (100 ml) of water repellency reactivating liquid.
Using a washing machine on a delicate cycle at 30°:
Place your garment on its own in your washing machine, without detergent, and add 4 capfuls (100 ml) of water repellency reactivating liquid to the softener compartment of your machine.
Recommended dosage: 100 ml or 4 capfuls for 1 kg of clothing.
Second step: ACTIVATION
Drying using heat activates the water repellent properties.
Yarn drying option:
Let your garment air dry and once dry, apply moderate heat using a hair dryer.
Dryer Option:
Place your garment in your dryer on its own and use a delicate cycle (maximum 30°) also called synthetic or sensitive fibres or maybe sportswear.
Operation
This liquid reactivates the water repellency (makes the drops of water slide off) of waterproof clothing.
Caution: a non-waterproof garment will not become waterproof just by treating the fabric with this liquid.

Storage tips
Keep out of reach of children. Store in the original packaging, closed, at room temperature, keep away from frost.
