We display on all our sleeping bags the comfort temperatures tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) according to European standard ISO 23537-1 of 21/01/2017. The comfort temperature rating is the lower limit at which the user in relaxed posture is generally in thermal equilibrium and feels neither too cold nor too hot (for a standard woman in normal conditions of use).

Is the comfort temperature rating the same for everyone?
A sleeping bag does not produce heat, but retains the heat produced by the body. These temperatures therefore depend on the person's resistance to cold (body type, fatigue, etc.), equipment (mattress with insulation, etc.), clothing (naked, underwear, etc.) and weather conditions (humidity, wind, etc.).
What to wear when sleeping in the Ultim Comfort 10°C Double sleeping bag
To use the ULTIM COMFORT 10°C DOUBLE sleeping bag, you’ll be warm enough if you wear a single layer of clothing. Warm up your extremities with hats, gloves, socks, hand and feet warmers, etc. A flask of hot water can be used as a hot-water bottle (be careful that it doesn’t open accidentally!). Contract your muscles (70% of the energy consumed is converted into heat) but don't make any movements that cause cold draughts.

How to wash the ULTIM COMFORT 10°C DOUBLE sleeping bag
We recommend that you use a washing machine with a minimum capacity of 10kg or ideally a dry-cleaning service and to separate your sleeping bag in two before washing, using the zip fastener.
