which size to choose ?

The choice of ball depends on weight

Children aged 6 to 9 will need a ball weighing between 200 and 220 grams.

Children aged 10 to 14 will need a ball weighing between 230 and 250 grams.

From the age of 15 upwards, we recommend a ball weighing between 260 and 280 grams.

You can play with a Size 4 ball in training, but the official Size 5 ball will be used in competition.
