Caring for your 100 weights bench
We recommend cleaning the weights bench after every workout by wiping it with a damp cloth. This helps increase the lifespan of the bench as sweat can be acidic and can damage the bench's cover over time. In addition, we recommend wearing a T-shirt or laying a towel on the bench to protect it while exercising.
