    What are the extra safety features on this lanyard?

    - Zipped cover to store and protect the energy absorber.
    - The absorber has a label to indicate whether it has been activated. If this label is torn, the lanyard must no longer be used.
    - Retractable polyethylene straps (UHMPE) and aluminium carabiners improve an already high level of strength.

    How has user comfort been improved on this lanyard?

    There is a short arm in the middle, which you can attach a screw gate carabiner to and use to clip into a rung for a rest.
