TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
COMPRESSION - IMPROVE PERFORMANCE:
We conducted a study into the effects of compression when running.
The study proved that when runners wear KIPRUN compression socks:
1 - blood flow is improved by 47% which increases oxygen levels in the muscles,
2 - vibration in tissues is reduced, which in turn reduces muscle damage,
3 - biochemical parameters for running are improved.
As a result, wearing compression socks helps improve running performance.

EFFECTIVENESS OF THE COMPRESSION/SIZES
The 900 compression socks are more effective than the 500 compression socks because they cover more calf circumference sizes. And above all, each size offers a narrower calf circumference range for greater effectiveness, especially at the outer limits of every range.
The more precise calf design and finer knit also ensure more effective performance.
DURING EXERTION
The compression from the sock is effective DURING exertion.
This sock is not suitable for recovery.
How to choose your size:
For superior performance, take various precise measurements of your biggest calf and select the matching sock size.
size S - calf circumference: 28 / 31 CM
size M - calf circumference: 32 / 35 CM
size L - calf circumference: 36 / 39 CM
size XL - calf circumference: 40 / 43 CM
How to slip on the leg sleeve
Roll your sock back over itself from the calf down to the ankle.
Using both hands, stretch your sock out to the side to get it over your foot and ankle, then roll it carefully up the leg from just above the ankle joints.
Adjust the sock so it is just below the knee, ensure the material is evenly spread around the calf with no folds along the leg*.
