The model wearing the pink t-shirt is 1.79 m tall and is wearing size M.
Practising sports when pregnant?
Whatever the physical activities you have chosen, always consult your doctor/midwife before starting.
When practising a sport during a pregnancy, you obviously have to listen to what your body is telling you and know when to slow things down when your baby needs it. If you were active before becoming pregnant, the urge to tone down the intensity of your physical activities will come naturally.
You can use this benchmark to exercise safely: exercise at 60% of your maximum heart rate

We tested it on various women at different stages of their pregnancy, given that each belly is unique. Thanks to each of these tests, we were able to jointly develop a product that best meets your expectations as a future and young mother.

This t-shirt has been tested and approved by pregnant women and new mums during various tests and fittings. In order to meet your requirements, Quechua products are tested in the wild in the conditions you encounter during your hikes. Our teams, as well as a tester panel (made up of partners, ambassadors and customers) test products throughout their development until they go to market.
