How should you take your BCAAs?
1 serving per day dissolved in 500ml of water, during or after training.

To boost the taste, you can adjust how much water and powder you use. For example, 50 ml of water can make a big difference in the taste and texture.
After conducting tests, we recommend adding 500 ml of water per shaker.
