To choose the correct protective vest size, here is a recommended size chart according to your height (Chest measurement is given as a reference):

Size XS = 150 - 162 cm (chest 83 - 93 cm)
Size S = 162 - 172 cm (chest 93 - 99 cm)
Size M = 172 - 177 cm (chest 99 - 107 cm)
Size L = 177 - 183 cm (chest 107 - 117 cm)
Size XL = 183 - 190 cm (chest 117 - 124 cm)
