    WHY CHOOSE ISO POWDER DURING EXERTION?

    A drink is "isotonic" when it contains the same amount of carbohydrates, sodium and water as in the blood.The isotonicity makes it easier for the organism to absorb water and therefore to stay hydrated.So it's easy to understand why it's beneficial for athletes doing less than 3 hours* of sport to add isotonic powder to their bottle or flask.*For more than 3 hours, ISO+ is most suitable.

    WHEN AND HOW SHOULD YOU CONSUME POWDER ISO?

    The ISO powder should be diluted in a 500 ml water bottle.We recommend you drink one water bottle per hour of exertion, i.e. one gulp every 15 minutes.However, everyone should adapt their hydration to their needs and temperature.In your bag, there is also 480 g of ISO powder, or 12 servings.

    ISO AND ISO +:WHAT DOES IT CHANGE?

    While ISO is suitable for workouts lasting less than 3 hours, ISO+, with a higher nutritional content, is suitable for exercise lasting over 3 hours.
