How waterproof is it?
Technical specifications: high-performance, waterproof coating, 5,000 mm H2O (Schmerbers) certified to the JIS 1092 standard. Water-resistance before washing - equivalent to being able to withstand a 5-meter water column. Sustained performance on repeated cycles, with guaranteed watertightness under light rain.

And technical details on the lining?
The lining is based on a multi-material technical structure. The back mesh maximises ventilation, while the nylon at the hips optimises abrasion-resistance and fluidity of movement. The hood is lined with peach-skin microfibre for premium contact.
Breathability
Optimised breathing performance rated as RET 12 positions this fabric in the “highly breathable” category on the technical scale. For reference purposes, an RET lower than 9 indicates an extreme level, while over 20, breathability becomes insufficient for sustained physical exertion.
To maintain the jacket’s waterproofing properties
Maintaining the garment’s water-repellent properties follows a specific protocol. Reactivate the fabric’s coating every 3 washes with intensive rinsing, or after a dozen uses in the rain. Thermal reactivation is done easily in a tumble dryer for 15 minutes or with a hair dryer held 20 cm away.
