| SAFETY FOR OPEN-WATER SWIMMING |
If swimming in open water, you are strongly advised to use an inflatable safety buoy so that boats, rescue services and other craft can spot you easily. The buoy can also be used to rest when the swimmer is tired or suffering from cramp. In addition, a whistle is attached to the buoy so that you can make your presence known with an audible signal if necessary. |

For optimal use, the strap of the open-water buoy must be adjusted so that it is positioned just above the rear of the upper leg to avoid hindering your kicking movement. |
