| How to choose the right size ribbon |
To practise Rhythmic Gymnastics, gymnasts need a ribbon that is the right length for their age.
- Gymnasts under age 11 should choose a 4-metre ribbon.
- Gymnasts aged 11 and up should choose a 6-metre ribbon.
You can also cut the ribbon to 5 metres and sew the edge.
We have a variety of sizes to suit all ages. |
| How to maintain your ribbon |
To maintain your equipment in the best condition possible, we recommend removing the stick from the ribbon after each use and rolling up the ribbon. |
| How to choose a rhythmic gymnastics outfit |
Our design team's advice: the perfect training kit for gymnasts is a leotard or top, and shorts or leggings so that they can move freely and with confidence. Leotards are optional for training but compulsory for competitions. |
