| WHEN SHOULD I TAKE MY ENERGY GEL? |
In order to compensate energy loss during a workout, we recommend that you take 1 energy gel every 45 minutes to 1 hour. During a race, you should ideally take the gel just before refuelling for better assimilation. During training sessions, we recommend that you carry water with you in case there is no water point on your route. |
