DECATHLON HELLAS ATHLETICS EQUIPMENT M.EPE, based in Egaleo, Proodou 3, organizes a promotional campaign involving a draw to win a bicycle worth €300. The campaign applies exclusively to in-app purchases for a limited time.

The rules of participation:

• Make at least one purchase of any value
• Orders must be placed exclusively via the Decathlon app
• Valid from March 14 to March 23, 2025

Every qualifying purchase automatically enters the draw to win the bicycle.

Participation terms

1. Employees of the Company and their first- and second-degree relatives and spouses are excluded from the draw.
2. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
3. A minimum of one purchase is required to participate.
4. Participants must be permanent residents of Greece.
5. Participation is valid only if the participant:
   1. Downloads the “Decathlon Sports Shop” app
   2. Makes at least one in-app purchase
6. Entries are invalid if conditions in point 5 are not met.
7. The winner will be selected via an electronic draw conducted by the Company.
8. Upon contact, the winner must provide full personal details (name, address, phone number) for prize verification.
9. By entering, participants agree to receive newsletters from the Company.
10. The prize is personal, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash. It is delivered “as is,” with no warranty implied.
11. The Company may refuse to award the prize if any term of participation is not respected.

Contest duration, prize, draw procedure, winner communication

1. The Competition will start on 14/03/2025 at 11:00:00 (GMT+2) and will end on 23/03/2025 at 23:59:59 (GMT+2), with an active duration of nine (9) days.
2. During the aforementioned timeframe, participants will have the opportunity to be drawn to win the bicycle with code number 8602020. A total of 1 (one) winner will be drawn.
   The announcement will be made on 24/03/2025 via this page.
3. The draw will be conducted via an electronic program to ensure the integrity of the results, without the intervention of a natural person. In the event that for technical reasons the electronic draw is not possible, the Company reserves the right to set a new draw date after notifying the contestants. Following the draw, the Company will attempt to contact the winner of the prize within one week (7 days) after the winner's notification via email.
   
   The Company reserves the right to:
   1. In the event that the winner does not respond to the Company's communication efforts within the aforementioned 7 (Seven) day period after the winner's notification, the latter will consider that the winner has waived his/her right to the prize and will contact the next winner following a new draw under the same applicable communication terms. In the event that none of the potential winners respond, the Company has every right to proceed with a new draw, without further notice.
   2. To refuse to award the prize, if it determines that the winner commits at any stage of the Competition or subsequently actions that automatically cancel the validity of his/her participation, even until the final delivery of the prize.
4. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 14 (Fourteen) days after the end of the Competition. In the event that the Company does not receive a timely response from the winner of the Competition, it has the right to extend the aforementioned period without further notice.

Processing of personal data

1. The management and protection of the personal data of the user/participant in the competition is governed by the terms of this and the relevant provisions of both Greek law and European law.
2. The data of the participants, except for the respective winner and runner-up respectively, are not disclosed to third parties (except where provided for by Law to the competent authorities only), but their personal nature is preserved.
3. The Company maintains files with this data exclusively for communication purposes, sending informative emails, statistics and improving its services provided.
4. In any case, the user/participant in the competition has the possibility, after contacting the competent department and verifying the existence of the personal file, to request its deletion, correction or change.
5. Participation in the competition constitutes automatic and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms, without any further charge or procedure.
6. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of the competition, change the prizes offered, extend or shorten the duration of the Competition and without notice.
