Machine wash it at 30°C-40°C using a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners, as they create a film on the fibers that reduces absorbency and traps odors. For deep cleaning, you can add a little white vinegar to the softener compartment.

For yoga, floor exercises, or use on gym equipment, a non-slip microfiber towel is ideal, as it features a special texture that stabilizes onto mats, floors, or machine surfaces so you don't slip during exercises. Conversely, for showering after your workout, most people prefer a large cotton towel or an XL soft-textured microfiber towel for maximum comfort and quick whole-body drying.
