- 1 graduated pot with 1 patented folding handle + small folding handle for 2-handed carrying. (2.6 L usable, 3.1 L total, 400 g, diam. 20 cm x 11 cm)
- 4 flat plates (60 g each)
4 sets of 3 cutlery units (fork, spoon, knife) with clip-on design (20 g per set)
1 lid/strainer (90 g)
To extend the lifespan of your cooking set, you can source the lid/strainer as a spare part (ref. 8901279) on our website.
How did we choose the metals for our cook sets?
We chose 18/8 (304) stainless steel because it combines food safety and long-term resistance. It does not oxidise and prevents corrosion. It is very resistant and can be used with all types of utensils (including metal). And since stainless steel is a little less conductive than aluminium, we’ve included an aluminium double bottom under this product. This improves heat diffusion and increases heating efficiency, and so reduces gas consumption.
How did we choose the coating for our cook sets?
For the 100 range, we've chosen not to use a non-stick coating, so as to keep the product simple and compatible with all conditions of use and washing. No need to ask questions about how to carry it, or wash it without damaging it!
And now, we’ll tell you about the plastics in our cooking set!
We have chosen polyamide (cutlery and handle), polypropylene (plate) and Tritan (lid) were chosen because they are lightweight and very resistant to heat (at least 100°C), shocks and deformation.
All our plastics in contact with food are Bisphenol-A free (BPA) in compliance with current French regulations.
However, do not place the plastic in direct contact with a flame, or it may melt.
Our advice to get the best out of your cooking set:
Our cook sets are compatible with all types of fires (wood, gas, induction, etc.).
The pan has a patented two-part folding handle that locks the lid during transport and a second small handle to carry it with both hands.
The lid fits the saucepan, heats food faster and also serves as a strainer.
How to store your cooking set?
The items are stored inside the cook set. First the 4 plates, then the cutlery, which clip together. The lid is then placed and locked by the folding handle.
Plates and cutlery are also available for sale individually.
How to clean and maintain your cook set?
Before the first use, rinse all the items 3 times with clean water.
All the items are dishwasher safe, and when used outside they can be washed with soapy water or with water and sand from the river!
Is there anything you should avoid doing with your cooking set?
Never heat your saucepans empty, this will deform them and damage them.
When using with a wood fire, make sure that the flames do not directly touch the plastic parts.
Close your handle properly before using the cook set on the fire.
