DESCRIPTION

The Approach G80 is the first portable golf GPS, complete and top-of-the-range, to include a launch monitor, simplifying recording of data such as the speed of the clubhead and ball, the smash factor, the tempo of the swing and estimated distance.

LAUNCH MONITOR

The radar button, ease of access, enables you to learn more about your strikes, especially with estimates of the carry, speed of the clubhead and ball; the smash factor and the tempo.

TRAINING MODE

Warm up before playing. This mode provides feedback that is easy to understand, assesses your swing and helps you to develop the accuracy and consistency in your game

VIRTUAL ROUNDS

You can also compare yourself to a friend during practice, partake in tournaments with other players or try to beat your personal best.

WORK ON YOUR TEMPO

This function helps you to evaluate the best timing of your backswing and downswing and provides you with immediate feedback.

MEASURE THE DISTANCE FROM THE TARGET

Touch a point on the screen and your device will display the exact distance between you and this spot, whether that be from a fairway, a hazard, the place where the ball has landed, front, middle or back of the green.

DETAILED VIEW OF THE GREEN

The function “Detailed view of the green” shows you the actual shape of each green, wherever you are on the course and enables you to drag and drop the flagstick for better accuracy.

PLAYSLIKE DISTANCE

The PlaysLike Distance function adjust the distance according to the slope.

PIN POINTER

For blind shots, the Pin Pointer function will indicate the direction of the flagstick so that you can execute each swing to the best of your ability
