| How to prepare your WHEY PROTEIN? |
We recommend mixing just 150 ml of water with 2 heaping scoops of WHEY PROTEIN (equivalent to 30 g) in a shaker equipped with a sieve.
Reduce or increase the amount of water according to your preference.
Mix for 30 seconds and consume.
For a creamier drink, mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 150 ml of plant-based drink or milk.
Consume the shake within an hour of mixing it. |
