We added a button control with a colour TFT screen that's both modern and sleek. The button lets you control the resistance and analyse your workouts based on seven metrics: time, distance in metres, number of strokes, strokes per minute, 500 m split time, calories and heart rate.

The Domyos Woodrower is connected to the best training apps, such as Domyos E-Connected (free), Kinomap, Zwift, or EXR game!

Fitness equipment is usually designed for a single function: pedalling, rowing, etc. But we decided to take things a step further with this rowing machine to give you a veritable fitness station. We combined the rowing function with that of a weight bench. The bench cover is grippy, comfortable and robust so you can use it for your strength training workouts. The bench has been approved to support a static weight of up to 900 kg. Extra benefit: a built-in accessory to work your abs!

Attack: Bend the knees (no more than 90°), slide forward, and bend slightly forward. Arms straight, wrists flat.
NOTE: do not bend more than 90°, or you risk hitting the front end stop of the rowing machine.
Propulsion: Push first with your legs, keeping the torso and core engaged. Lean backwards, pulling the handle towards your chest.
Recovery: Straighten the arms, lean forwards, and bend the legs. Return to the attack phase.
