What is the Bluetens?

Bluetens offers care, recovery and strengthening programs created by health professionals to meet all your athletic needs.

You can choose from over 100 programs dedicated to 15 body areas (muscles and joints).
Smaller than a credit card, it weighs only 25 grams, so that you can take it everywhere!

What is the BLUETENS electrostimulator for?

From your smartphone, start sessions to:
- Take care of yourself, ease pain (muscle spasms, tendinitis, arthritis, sciatica, low back pain, menstrual pain...)
- Recover through massaging. Electrotherapy reproduces 5 effects of a massage: friction, percussion, pressure, kneading, cladding.

How to use the product?

Download the Bluetens app on your smartphone.
Connect the pads to the device.
The device is connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth.
When connected, follow the app instructions:
- choose the body area from 15 choices for a targeted use.
- choose the program - more than 100 preset programs designed by health professionals.
- choose large or small pads depending on the selected program and body area.
