1. HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER ?

2. HOW AM I REFUNDED ?
The amount will be refunded on the account thas was used to make the initial purchase, or on your online account, the refund will be issued in 5 - 10 days depending on the bank or service. In case you want to issue another order after the refund, to speed up the process we can also credit you the amount as a voucher in your online account. 3. HOW FAST I AM GOING TO BE REFUNDED ?
All refunds are issued once we receive the the returned quantities. Once the order for a refund is made, you can expect to see the amount in your account after 5 -10 working days depending on the institution or bank. 4. HOW FAST WILL MY PRODUCT ARRIVE ?

Once your order has been confirmed, you have to count 6 - 9 working days for all available products. If one of the ordered items are not available in our warehouse, you will need to count 14 - 17 working days. For more information you can click here:

6. I RECEIVE PAYMENT REMINDERS, WHAT CAN I DO ?
If your purchase has been paid and all information has been correctly entered, but you still receive a reminder, please send a proof of payment to our customer service, so that we can confirm the payment and process the order. You can contact us here:

7. I HAVEN'T RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATION FOR MY ORDER ?
You will receive all the notifications regarding the evolution of your order on the email address that you informed during the account creation. If you haven't receive any notification in your inbox, you can check in your 'spam' or 'notifacation' section as some mailbox filters may prevent you from receiving them. 8. WHY MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING ?
You can access the tracking number of your order directly on your online account by clicking on your order. If you cannot trace the order with the provided number, don't worry, that simply means that the order has not been collect yet by the courrier. Once Geniki Taxydromiki has collected your order from us, your tracking number will be activated and you will be able to track your order here (usually after 1 - 2 working days after being accessible in your account). 9. CAN I PAY WITH CASH ON DELIVERY, OR BY BANK TRANSFER ?
Unfortunately our company doesn't offer the cash on delivery as method of payment, we accept payments with debit/credit cards or paypal. Bank transfers are available for orders with a minimum value of 100 €. If you wish to place an order with bank transfer, please contact us here:

10. PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON YOUR WEBSITE, ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT YOUR STORES?
The availability of products listed on the website is based on the available quantities in our warehouse and concerns only home delivery orders, or orders with delivery in one of our stores (Click & Collect). Since our stores don't share the same stock with our eshop, the availability of some items might differ. If you wish to know the availability of an item in your nearest Decathlon store, you can contact them here.
