  1. LINER
Anatomical liner with preshaped foam padding at the ankle bone for superior comfort. The neoprene toe box makes the toes more comfortable during the frequent forward and backward instability when skiing off-piste. Shock Absorber Area system in the heel for cushioning the shocks on bumps or jumps.
  2. Hook adjustment
3 micrometric aluminium buckles and one 3-position buckle at the shin to fit every calf size. Wide strap for a powerful and easy tightening of the top of the shell. Walk position on the shin hook (Walk in red) to increase the movement of the collar.
  3. Sizing
Standard sizing. Lightweight and comfortable liner. Preformed foam on the malleolus. Flexible material so that the shape of the liner conforms more easily to the climbing and walking phases.
  4. What is the flex?
To provide an indication of rigidity, brands assign a flex rating to every boot. This figure determines the rigidity of the whole boot: the higher its value, the stiffer the shell. It is generally considered that a flex of 70 is for average to intermediate level skiers. A flex from 70 to 90 is for intermediate skiers. Beyond this value, the products are aimed at advanced skiers. Well-built skiers can go up one level.
  5. How do you try on ski boots?
Once your foot is in the boot, fasten the buckles to the midpoint. Can you go further? This means the volume of the boot isn't right for you. Once you've fastened your boots, you need to flex 3 times while pushing your calves forward (put your hands on your knees), which will push your heel back into the boot. Stand up: your foot should touch the end of the shell. When you flex, your foot should move backwards so you can no longer feel the end.
  6. How to make a ski boot more comfortable?
There are many options for making your foot more comfortable in a ski boot. A ski boot must be tight fitting. To improve the support, you can get soles that are tailored to the shape of your foot arch, volume reducers and heel boosters.
  7. How to avoid having cold feet?
Although it is often forgotten, drying the liner is the most effective way to avoid having cold feet. Even at -10°C, the foot sweats and the liner cannot dry by itself in its plastic shell, even over several days. Ideally, it should be removed every day. There is the option to use boot dryers that are more convenient because there is no need to remove the liner, you just plug them in!
