return them within 14 days of the receipt. Decathlon has extended the deadline for returning its products to 90 days so
that you have time to think about it better and without stress. If you buy a product from us and you are not satisfied, you can return it to us.
Attention: The shipping fees for returning undesirable products for the purpose of
exchanging or refunding are chargeable to the customer. If your order is defective, refunding costs are paid by Decathlon.
Please contact us to jointly arrange the details of returning or exchanging your products.
If you have changed your mind or you selected the wrong color or size, you can contact us

You can return your products in one of our stores, please check that you have with you a
proving document certifying the validity of your purchase (receipt, MyDecathlon number) whether physical or online, and an identification document (ID card).
