RULES REGARDING ONLINE & DISTANCE SALES

Under the regulations governing the sale of products at a distance, you are entitled to a full refund of your money as well as the shipping costs you paid for returning the product, provided you return it within 14 days of its receipt. The costs you paid for returning part of the product or individual component are not refunded. Decathlon has extended the deadline for returning its products to 90 days so you have time to think about it better and without stress. So if you buy a product from us and you are not satisfied, you can return it to us.

Attention: Product exchange is allowed only for the same product in different color or size. For the exchange you are not reimbursed with shipping costs.  Please read carefully the terms and conditions of the current Return and Exchange policy of Decathlon so that you are fully aware of the process.

 

RETURN COST OF PRODUCTS

Repayment costs for an undesirable product for the purpose of exchanging or refunding are chargeable to the Customer.If your order is defective, refund costs are paid by Decathlon. Please contact us to jointly arrange the details of returning or exchanging your products.

 

PRODUCTS RETURN TERMS

According to our Terms & Conditions, the product must be returned in perfect condition. The product must not have been used or suffered any damage. It must also be returned to its original packaging. If the product does not meet these requirements, the product refund request is discarded.
Note:You can not cancel an order, refund or exchange when it comes to perishable products such as food or beverages.

 

EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

In Decathlon, all exchanges must be consistent with return policy. Your product exchange is only possible if you want to change the color and / or size of the product. The replacement product must be the same object.

 

INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERS AND REFUNDS

CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER

If you pay by Paypal or debit / credit card, we can only modify your order if you contact us before sending it. If your order is already in the process of being processed or shipped or handed over, then you should follow the Decathlon return procedure for unwanted products. Order cancellations, refunds or exchanges are not allowed if they are perishable products such as food or beverages.

 

LOSSED, MISSING OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

If you have not yet received your order or received it and are incomplete, please check your order through your personal client account at Decathlon. If your order is already "shipped", you can track the progress of your parcel after one business day with the tracking track number of the parcel that is in your personal account. If your order has been shipped but you have not received it within the expected time frame, please contact us. If you received your order but it is damaged or defective, please follow the procedure we apply for refunds or contact us. 

 

PROCESS TO RETURN PRODUCTS

You can return your products in one of our stores, please check that you have with you a proving document certifying the validity of your purchase (receipt, MyDecathlon number) wether physical or online, and an identification document (ID card).
