Baby Gym promotes psychomotor development in young children, especially motor skills, coordination and balance. Balancing on beams, jumping, rolling and climbing are activities that will help your child become more independent and confident.
What to wear:
What should your child wear for Baby Gym?
A comfortable outfit that's suitable for the season: a T-shirt and shorts or bottoms in soft knit fabric, and a jacket or tracksuit for warming up. And, to keep from slipping on the equipment, a pair of Domyos Baby Gym shoes.

Wearing the right shoe size:
Wearing shoes that fit perfectly is extremely important - shoes that are too big or too small (even by 5 mm!) are not a good idea. Shoes that are too small can injure the ankle and toes or rub the skin, while shoes that are too big can change the gait and cause blisters from rubbing.
Children aged 1 to 2 years generally grow out of their shoes every 3 to 4 months. Be sure to check their shoe size on a regular basis.
