Easy to inflate and deflate, great fun, super stable for beginners... Just be careful to. Avoid the fin going on the floor or very shallow water.
This was a great board to start with but after one season it perished along one of the fold creases.
I understand not including a paddle or pump to let you choose your own. But not including a coiled leash is just cheap.
The paddle board itself is amazing. I just don't like the single sewed leash hook that doesn't feel too strong. Adding an extra hook for attaching other stuff e.g., in the front would be nice too.
Read all the reviews , but made my own decision to buy 2 for me and my lads .
These are superb, great quality , they are solid when pumped up to correct pressure.
Are easy to paddle and fast too . set up and down in 10 mins easy . fit nicely into bags and easy to transport .
Bought pump separate - which had a faulty pressure guage - but the brilliant Manager at Rushden store exchanged without question - and was super helpful when buying too .
Basically got 2 boards/ paddles/ pump for the price of 1 expensive popular brand board!
A good entry level board for the money. Had lots of fun out on the water during the summer. Packs away well into carry ruck sack.
We have a decathlon sup we bought about 4 years ago, this one shows great evolved touches, especially with transporting it. More room in the bag and straps to keep the board in place. Can easily fit the paddle and pump in now too. Carry straps are very comfy too. Board is very responsive and has been great for our experienced teens.
This is a great beginner SUP board and our second Decathlon SUP. We bought it as a beginner board for the kids to use. We have been impressed with the build quality and value for money. While advertised as a beginner touring board we are finding that the board glides thru the water well and is very responsive compared to other more expensive branded SUP boards we own.
Great board, but disappointing that it didn’t come with pump or paddle. Bought one (slightly bigger) from another store which came with everything needed and was same price as this one
We bought these boards and have taken them along Hertfordshire and London canals and also on the Cornish sea. Had lots of fun with them!
After being cooped up all spring I was excited to get out on the water on my new SUP. I selected Decathlon's 10' Itiwit beginner SUP for it's price and design, even though I was unfamiliar with the brand.
Pros: The board itself seems to be well made and sets up/ breaks down easily.
Cons: No SUP pumps were available at the time I purchased my board. Other inflatable Itiwit pumps were not compatible with my product and I was told by customer support that off brand pumps would not work on this board.
Customer service did send me a pump a month later, which did inflate the board - thank you.
I finally was able to take my board out to the beach on a sunny afternoon, only to have the removable fin and fin casing break before getting situated in the water.
When I went back to Decathlon's site, you guessed it - no replacement fins were available for months.
EU and UK stores had fins in stock but the representative I spoke with was unable to have the fin transferred.
Reps were attentive and tried to help during this process but in the end, I've still not been able to use my board and the summer is over.
Don't buy this product unless you have a disposable income, hours to spend with customer service on the phone, a high threshold for frustration and no real plans to ever get out on the water.
Don't offer products without enough inventory of essential accessories.
