Bought this model after researching online and on Youtube.
Very stable on the water, easy to row but get a longer paddle because of the width of the Kayak.
I have only been on the Water four times with this kayak but i feel pretty confident in it.......So far so good...........
Pleased with purchase.
Great quality kayak, built of decent material, much the same as a rib so it is tough. Quick to inflate and set up. You do need to make sure your pump has all the adopted necessary for the kayak and the seats which are a different fitment.
I am not a lightweight, it takes myself and my better half perfectly even when combined we are hitting the weight limit.
The drip stitch floor is extremely rigid and so much better than cheaper inflatables, it is similar in construction to a SUP paddle board.
Very very stable in the sea and takes small swell and waves with ease, however the negative is it takes a bit more effort to get it moving than a solid kayak. Perfect though for kids as it is so stable.
As this does not have a nylon cloth outer it is easy to wipe dry when packing up.
Staff in the store, Southampton, we went to initially purchase at were clueless and it seemed a major effort for them to even check if they had any stock… which it turns out eventually they did not so we walked out. It is only because we knew it was worth it for the quality that we then ordered online, certainly not due to their lack of apparent customer service.
Was worth the long wait for it to arrive. It did eventually arrive on the last appointed day. Pick up via ASDA worked well for us.
Loved it so much, me and my son use it often mostly in the sea and find it very safe. Easy to assemble and pack away
Upgraded from itiwit basic 2 seater and definitely well worth the extra £150. Sits much lower over water and paddles faster. Quick to inflate with 2.6L pump. Easy to drain and dry after use. I was keeping up with hardshell kayaks in the sea.
I bought this Kayak 4 weeks ago on line, and it was delivered to my home free of charge. All good, but the floor board started to leak the third time I pumped it up. It was only used not more than 4 hours.
I use the on-line chat-box to report the problem, but I was asked to "please wait". The dialogue remained dead for 5 hours. My previous experience with the WhatApp number provided under the "help" section was no help either as it was "manned" by a robot which didn't really understand outside its very limited scope. An email to Decathlon was not answered. So I took the 40 pound package back to the TKO store for a refund, which is said to be under "life-time guaranteed" as well as for 365 days (I wonder if they meant the kayak's life is only 365 days!) as advertised in the "members' benefit" section. I was met with a staff member who first asked if I want it repaired. Of course I would not. I have carried the whole pack from my boat to shore, to my car, and from the car park to the shop. He then started to tell me that these inflatable stuffs are not reliable, kind of hinting that it was stupid of me to have bought it at their shop. He further challenged that the bottom of the kayak was scratched, but that definitely had nothing to do with the leak which happened at a seam which is not exposed to the bottom of the kayak. To cut a long story of heated debate short, another courteous staff, Alex Chui did process my refund, and I hope I will have my money back in a few days' time. Why would Decathlon spend so much money advertising while selling such unreliable products, I really couldn't understand.
Easy to use, very stable, handles choppy waters well. In calm waters it is fast and more comfortable that a sit-on-top kayak. Being portable is great. Throw it in the car or carry it on your back. Care needed went coming ashore to avoid sharp rocks but otherwise very practical and fun. I routinely go out for 3hours plus covering 12-15km around Sai Kung islands including some open water. Best in sheltered areas but will cope with open water. Can be a chore to paddle into any stiff wind, but flies along downwind. Overall very happy with the purchase. Does exactly as advertised
My wife and I had enjoyed our perfect ITIWIT 3 for more than 3 years. We rode it almost everywhere. Once I saw ITIWIT X100, I decided to upgrade our good ITIWIT 3. We sold our itiwit3 and buy an X100. Even though, x100 looks more solid and well build, right after our first session I noticed that there was a small air leakage at the front tip of the bottom part. Decathlon replaced the bottom part quite fast. After our second session, I washed it and let it dry in our backyard with half-inflated. Then I folded it and store it in its bag as I always did. Just before starting our 3rd session, I noticed that there is a big tear in the side tube. I believe folding it caused this hole. Sadly we have lost thrust to this product. Decathlon refound it. however, now we have no Kayak. And my wife is so sad because of my upgrade decisions :( I guess we are just unluky

I have always been reluctant to buy an inflatable kayak and often seen people struggling with flimsy craft which catch the wind. I therefore decided to pay the extra for the high pressure dropstitch floor of the Itiwit X100+. I have now owned this craft for over a year and have been on many adventures, from canal and rivers through to the open sea. This craft has always performed amazingly. It is incredible stable and feels safe in modest seas. On slacker water, such as rivers and canals, it is a dream. The detachable keels make it so easy to control. Paddling upstream is also easy. I have also used it in modest winds and find that it is not hugely affected. It is very easy to inflate and pack away. The back pack is comfortable and I have walked over 2km with it on my back with easy. It is heavy, but most people of reasonable strength and good fitness shouldn't struggle if a long walk in is necessary. Dont buy cheap, spend the extra and get this kayak, you wont be disappointed.
