HOME DELIVERY
Shipments are performed by Geniki Taxydromiki.
Estimated delivery time:
6 - 9 Business days from local warehouse.
14 - 17 Business days in case of shortage from the central warehouse.
*Delays may occur during holidays, strikes and bad weather conditions.
Shipping cost:
For bulky products that weigh more than 30 kg or have a length of more than 2 meters (eg gym equipment, ping pong table) the price and delivery time are calculated by the cubic volume and area. More information here.
*When your order leaves the warehouse you will receive the tracking number, which is activated as soon as your order is received by Geniki Taxydromiki, after 3-4 working days.

Orders collected from the store have free shipping.

Note:
All orders are processed through the website and payment is made online.
*It is not possible to order by phone / mail and pay by cash on delivery.
PRODUCT RETURNS
In case you change your mind or you are not satisfied with the product you ordered you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Upon receipt of the products, we will refund the amount or credit the amount to your personal Decathlon account, depending on the option you desire.
In case of return with another postal company, select the "at home" shipment.
*The return cost is paid by the customer. Only for defective products the return cost is paid by the company (valid only for shipments by GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI).
